Sa Pinas Ikaw ang Ma'am at Sir" (SPIMS): The Department of Education (DepEd) and Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) are actively promoting permanent teaching positions for returning licensed teachers who worked abroad in any capacity.
Enhanced Reintegration Benefits: Returning teachers under the SPIMS program are eligible for a one-time ₱20,000 grant and regular teacher benefits, including a ₱10,000 annual cash allowance for class openings.
Simplified Employment: Unlike regular teacher applicants, SPIMS beneficiaries have no minimum cutoff score on the Registry of Qualified Applicants, provided all documentation is completed.
Repatriation and Welfare Support
Kuwait Repatriation: A total of 165 overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) returned from Kuwait via a transit stop in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, as part of sustained government efforts to assist those affected by Middle East tensions.
