New rules of Canadian embassy for student visa

Embassy has increased the requirement of IELTS Bands. Now they have made it mandatory that

A. the student should have overall 6.0 Bands.

B. the student has to take education loan.

C. the student needs to pay the tuition fee in advance and have to provide the fee receipt from the college to the CHC.
